Red & Green Curry

Cooking directions:

1. Place frozen or thawed curry in a sauce pan.

2. Bring curry to a boil over medium heat.

3. If using chicken/pork/beef, add sliced meat to curry and simmer until cooked. Then add vegetables and simmer until desired tenderness is reached.

4. If using tofu, add tofu to curry with the vegetables and simmer until desired tenderness is reached.

5. If using shrimp, add shrimp to curry and simmer for approx. 1 minute. Then add vegetables and simmer until desired tenderness is reached (and until shrimp is cooked).

6. Serve with Thai jasmine rice.
